Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, all sales are considered final once opened or used. We accept refund requests for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery, provided such claims are submitted within 3 days of receipt with photo evidence. Exchanges are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped within 3 days upon receipt of the product with photo evidence. Please note that items marked as final sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
