Soaps will sometimes not hold their shape, especially the hand made varieties. The way soap has been handled, carried and delivered can contribute to losing their original form while this doesn't affect their lightening and cleansing abilities. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, all sales are considered final once opened or used.
We accept return and refund requests for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery, provided such claims are submitted within 3 days upon receipt of the product with photo evidence. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Exchange are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped within 3 days upon receipt of the product with photo evidence. Please note that items marked as final sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
